We're a small, chill Minecraft community building a new **1.21 Factions server** using the high-quality **Atomatrix Premium Factions Setup**. The core server is already installed and running smoothly on Paper, and we're now looking for an experienced developer to help us finish the professional setup for launch.
### What We Need Help With:
- Setting up branded **forums** (XenForo preferred, or similar like Discourse/Enjin-style) with Minecraft account linking
- Complete **voting system** setup (Votifier/NuVotifier + rewards) connected to all major sites (TopG, Minecraft-MP, PlanetMinecraft, etc.) with custom reward tiers and working vote party
- Full **custom branding & polish** – consistent color scheme, in-game messages, scoreboards, menus, and overall theme matching the modern Atomatrix look
We already have someone handling the art/graphics (logos, banners, etc.), and I'm personally covering all server hosting costs for now while we grow.
### About Our Community
We're a tight-knit, positive, and drama-free group (mostly adults) who just want to enjoy Minecraft together. The "pup" vibe is our fun, friendly community theme — welcoming, respectful, and focused on good times and teamwork. No big player base yet, but we're building something nice and long-term.
### Compensation
Instead of upfront payment, we're offering a **revenue-share partnership**:
- Once the server earns money through donations/store, we cover hosting costs first
- Then split a fair percentage of the rest each week
- Example: If we make $55 in a week, hosting is covered and you'd get most of what's left
It's a great opportunity to work on a cool, premium Factions server with a friendly small community and share in its future success.
### Requirements:
- Experience with Atomatrix setups (or similar premium premade servers) is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of Votifier setup, web integration (forums), and Minecraft server branding/configs
- Good communication and ability to deliver within 2–3 weeks
- Portfolio of previous Minecraft server work (forums + voting + branding) – please share examples
