FIRST SERVER

I am going on my first multiplayer server in a few months and there is just so much to organise!
I have picked my skin I want and how everythings gonna go down, but then there is the server what server to go on, who to play with, what are the rules, where can I build a house, is it all easy, do I have to mine and can I buy things from shops are my main questions.
If you own a server or know a server that has some girls for me to hang with and some great builders needed can you post me the dets.

ALSO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SERVER.

1 is there a youtuber on the server who records often?
2 is it survival or creative?
3 is there PVP?
4 is it a free build server - can you build and use any space on the server?
5 is it a good server, structured and detailed, is there a spare room or hotel?
