Help creating a mod

I've always wanted to create a mod, I've watched tons of things on creating mods but eclipse has never agreed with me. So what I'm asking is for someone to create the mod I want for me I will give you at least 50% credit. I will also be open to any ideas you come with. Also I would like to create the textures.
