Looking for a developer to code a custom plugin. {Will Pay}

plugin we need is a guild plugin.
It needs a few things in it
-Guild Wars with scoreboard of the top guilds
-Toggle pvp between guild members
-Guild invite
-Guild ranks
-Guild plot create
-Guild home
-Permission node for creating a guild
With the last two what we would like is if the guild leader can do a command /guild plot create and it will spawn a 200x200 flat island in another dimension using multiverse. When you have the island anyone in the guild(that has a guild rank that allows them to build) can build on the guild plot and they can make houses ...etc To get to the island anyone in the guild can do /guild home
The top will be the guild that wins the most and has the least losses. So for example you can challenge another guild to a war and the winner gets a plus 1 and the looser gets a minus 1 and that continues and makes up the scoreboard.
For the ranks the guild leader can make specific ranks for their guild. like if I create a guild I can make a rank named start rank and then make another named 2nd position...etc.
For the guild war the leader can do the command /guild war <Name of enemy guild> this will then send the request to the other guild owner and if the other guild owner does /guild war accept then it will bring up a menu where the leader can pick up to 6 people in their guild to go to war with. After that it will teleport both guilds to opposite sides of the arena.
Team 1 cords- 53 57 2371 |XYZ
Team 2 cords- 199 57 2373 |XYZ
Then when one team is eliminated then the team still standing wins the war and they get a point.
The owner of the guild can set permissions so the custom ranks can have differences. So there can be people in the guild that can invite and that can build on the plot...etc
