Looking for an experienced programmer/designer!

Hello Planet Minecraft,
I'm a programmer myself and I wanted to create a specific application, but as a change I wanted to do the project together with someone else. I program in Java and C#, and currently am looking for someone with experience in C# and C++.
I also am looking for someone who is able to draw/design things in photoshop such as logos, icons, textures, and forth.
Please let me know if you can do any of these down below!
