You can join the Trentrous buildteam. Since you have no builds on your profile, we will ask you for a trial build to show your skills (you can do this on our server, trentrous.breadjo.in). If you get accepted, you will have acess to a server with full Worldedit and Voxelsniper. We'll be happy to help you develop your skills further by giving feedback and advice.
Furthermore, you'll get a share of any profit from comissions, and of course the credit (each member of the team gets credit on the builds they worked on). After you have become a full member of the team (2 weeks after getting accepted), you may request a separate world to build in for your own projects.
