Hey everyone and I'm looking for coders to code some games for me for free. We would meet on my server and talk about it.

It's your work, so the server owner really has no right to say you can't release it.

But what about publicly for all servers to use?
For the amount of time and effort it would take to code all the games you want, I doubt you'll find anyone who would do it for free. If, by some fluke you do, it'll either be a very inexperienced coder or a someone who will give their work to everyone, and not just you.
I see these threads all the time and some how people get coders. I am busy coding my own games.,
Like I said. I would give credit to you coders that code and I will say that you coded it all. If you can't code for my server that's fine.

I don't think you understand what people are saying when they ask about it "being released publicly". I think what people are referring to is them uploading it to Bukkit as their own work, not just on your server.
Alot of Coders won't do it for free, but there are some volunteer coders that will help you code your server. But If they're doing all the coding while you just hang around, they partly own the server because they coded the whole server, and its their work. If you take credit for their work, they have the rights to take back their work and leave your server in the dust. You should give them 45% of the donation money for their hardwork, Or a lesser amount of they didn't do much.

As a beginning coder, I can say full-heartedly-- Coding is freaking difficult. No one will spend hours coding just so you can use their work on one server for free.
Yeah, no one will do that for free. Your only chance is to allow them to publicly release it, wherever THEY want, else it's something you'd have to pay for (which unfortunately, you can't arrange here.)
