LOOKING FOR PLUGIN CODER/BUILDER

Hi,
I am in need of a custom plugin designer/coder similar to TheHive's.
I need a few plugins made, in which I am prepared to pay, based on how well they are executed. They need to be completed within a week or so, as we are beginning to implement some new games.
I currently need 3 plugins made.
- A Survival Games plugin, similar to TheHives. It needs to have joinable signs, a lobby before the game, and automated chest refills etc... I am currently using this plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/survival-games/
It works well, but does it currently does not have pre-game lobbies, voting for maps, automatic spectate after you are killed, or a "Good" joinable sign.
I want it to do this, as well as to be able to list the amount of players, current game state and have whether it is joinable or not, ON ONE SIGN!
- A VIP system. This needs to allow my VIP members to join full lobbies and receive VIP only things. Most of this is "do-able" through permissions, but I need it to be integrated into my mini games also, as I need players to be kicked when a VIP joins.
- A PixelPass plugin. I currently sell ranks, with PixelPasses. These are items that allow users to predetermine their blocks in Hide & Seek, start with an enchanted bow it OITC etc... I need a plugin in which can let players use these passes before a game, as well as let them right click on a PixelPass sign, to give them a "Stat" of their current amount of passes.
If anyone is experienced enough to do this, I would be more than happy to pay. (Depending on how advanced this task would be) please reply to this post, and add me on Skype if you think you can complete this: rigsy127
I do not mind if you can only do one plugin, but I need both the Survival Games & PixelPass plugins coded first, as they are most important.
