Why do we need a plugin developer?
My friends and I have started a server called Infernal Realms that has become our most popular server yet. (up to 30 players at a time on good days). People love the server and the idea around it, but the problem is we are missing key features that would GREATLY improve our server experience.
This is why we need a plugin developer.There are small things that we are missing that go great with an MMO, like a nice party system, guilds, etc. We feel that having our own plugin maker would be better than waiting for someone to make it or requesting it on the bukkit forums.
If someone is up to this, and has experience, we wouldn't make you some short order plugin maker that we would only send messages to. I hope that we would actually become friends and it not just be a "business" relationship. So, in summary we just want a new guy in our group that can make plugins.

(in other things, we have made almost $100 in server donations. If that isn't promising, then I don't know what isn't. If you made us a plugin, it wouldn't go to waste.)
