Looking for Plugin Developer! (will pay)

I need a plugin developed and will pay. I got someone to make me a plugin but he kinda half made it. I will explain on my skype, dont add me unless you are experienced and have proof of plugins you have made before. My skype is harrison,gibbins, i have 1k on youtube and need a plugin now!
