Looking for server developers

Im recruiting some people who are willing to assist me with a minecraft server in development. If you feel your very expirienced in plugin management and your familiar bungeecord this is for you. the way that this server is being developed is not in a conventional way. currently I am the Head of Development.
reqirements:
- You know how to modify bungeecord config files and manage bungeecord plugins
- You know how to modify bukkit config files and manage bukkit plugins
- You must be mature
- You need to have a working mic
- You need skype
- Be online for 3+ hours almost every day of the week
- dedication
