Map Team?

So I want to start a map team for making Adventure Maps. Also My mic doesn't work so no Skype required. So here's the Positions available:

Builder
Requirements:
Ok building - You will be tested
Knows Basic Commands

Redstoner
Requirements:
Good Redstone - You will be tested
Knows Most commands

Tester
Requirements:
None
