Hello friends. I'm looking for a plugin/skript developer whos able to create some simple plugins for me, that includes things such as /spawn and other simple stuff.

It probably is better to go to spigot and find a free plugin that handles what you want. There are plenty of updated well-made plugins out there. I'd say 9/10 "developers" will only do it for a hefty sum (unless they properly verify themselves assume they are scammers). There are premium plugins you can purchase on spigot but almost always there is a free updated alternative available. A simple plugin you can use for /spawn and other basic commands is called "EssentialsX" and 'EssentialsXSpawn". You can use permissions to add/remove commands from players.
