Need Builders

Me, my cousin and my friend were planning on making a zombie apocalypse server and need building help.
The IP will be posted soon, I hope.
There will be multiple steps in the building process.
1.Landscaping with WorldEdit and VoxelSniper
2.Build the world(cities, towns, and other stuff)in pristine condition
3.Trash and destroy part of the world
4.Build the survivor base
