In need of someone who is good with server plugins

Hey, I am making a server, but I am not very good at plugins, so i will need a person to help with plugins i would want basic plugins, factions, mob disguise raiding and all that good stuff! ! So, here is what happenes if you help with it: you can own a faction or be admin/ moderator ! So yeah! Oh, you will also need Skype/steam :/
