Hello I own a Minecraft 1v1 Server and need a custom plugin developed

Plugin Summary
This plugin is going to be a queue plugin I need a plugin that has a sign that when right clicked warps a player to 1 of the 2 spots in the 1v1 arena the sign needs to have a queue on it example 0/2 or if it is full then 2/2. Also when this arena is full it has to be made sure that nobody else can join the arena during the 1v1. If you can make me this plugin I would be so thankful.
