Idea is a Contract plugin, basically a player can click a sign or do a command and a contract is given to them and a value is given to the player [target] based on their kdr in that login or overall, and if that player has tons of kills and low deaths many ppl will get the contract and the value will become high.
Basically like a bounty plugin but in contracts and a little bit more complex.

Not a bad plugin it has almost everything i need but doesnt have the main feature the idea of havin contracts, it says TODO: bounty killing feature, thats todo otherwise it would be great for me and its out date [1.3.2]
