Even though I don't know much at the moment, I'm constantly working on my craft, and am willing to learn/practice/be mentored if need be. If anyone needs a developer/programmer/scripter to be apart of their staff, I'm here!

Hey, just some advice from a fellow programmer, Lua is very uncommon for use in minecraft. If you have the basics of programming down then you should be able to pick up Java fairly quickly. Java is the primary programming language for mod and plugin creation in minecraft. Best of luck friend!
