Current Plugins we need done:

1. Custom Factions Plugin that feels like fallout 4 settlements but utilizes our fallout shelter THEMED icons we created for our texture pack.
and includes a "Faction Quests Guide" whenever a faction is first spawned.

Fallout S.P.E.C.I.A.L System that fits according to real game
[google doc explaining full detail how it works with commands and how it can work with plugins there]

3. Stamina, Hydration, Radiation, Food, Health all redone and added to game
E.I: players start out with 40 hearts [80 Hp], and all dmg values are edited according to these new health values so things are balanced.
