For the past time I've been working on a new gamemode for Minecraft that I
haven't seen anything similar to; Nibiru.
I've been working independantly on this for quite a while, in fact since
April of 2013.
I've been developing the idea and everything into it slowly
over the course of school, tests and other games.
Now, I finally got the time to finish the idea and write down the basics.
I don't want to write too much about it here, it'll be for later.
The only thing I'd just point out is that it's sci-fi themed.

Work for developers.We are going to need different workers who can do some of the things listed almost perfect.
A developer that can create a custom launcher and be able to update it to
(for example) to a new minecraft patch and have it stabile.
A developer able to create custom armor models in-game.
A developer able to create advanced in-game mechanics
A developer able to connect the minecraft map to a HTML code on the website.
A building team able to create a map with custom terrain and buildings.
A webdesigner able to design the website. Hired
Every developer will have 7,5% of the server income for every month they
work. That means every month it took to make Nibiru, will be given to you
after you leave for another job. So if you are a developer who quit Nibiru for something else, and Nibiru took 4 months to make, you will get income for 4 months after you quit the job. This is just an example.
The building team will get 10% of the monthly income they worked. As my previous example, if Nibiru took 3 months to build, they would get 10% of the monthly income after the release.
The web designer will get 10% of the monthly income for 1 month after the release.
