Searching for Java Developers ranked 7/10

Hello, I am GetStrafed also known as TryhardAlt in game, so I would like to talk about an upcoming multi-network I am starting. We are fully sponsored by a small hosting company named panda servers (http://www.panda-server.net) which has been happy to say that he would like to accept our sponsorship and all we need to do is get him ONE customer only ONE you ask? They aren't being as harsh with us because they believe our idea is a fresh and new idea for they're company. I would like to help support them in a way. So, lets get to the main topic of this post. We are on the lookout for highly skilled java developers using bukkit, we would need plugins coded for 1.7.10 and 1.8, including mini-games to due to having an arcade. I will now display an application you would need to fill in, we do not accept scammers and we are looking for freelancers, we have a lead dev which will also lead you through the process of creating the plugin and what we need, call him ''Miguel'' he will be supporting and helping you through the process of making the plugin, he is the guy to talk to when you need help. You do not only have to be able to code mini-games, we need other things coded as well.

Requirements:

- You would need to be a skilled developer 7/10
- You would need a decent microphone to communicate with you and make sure it is a clear sounded microphone.
- You will need to be able to code small mini-games like Micro Battles as an example. Must be a very enjoyable and intense/competitive mini-game.
