I would like to have a job, but I don't have much of what you need. Although I have basic knowledge of JAVA, HTML, C# , I don't have 10 years experience in it.
But I do have 10+ years experience in C, C++ and Python if that helps.

I mean I kinda suggest putting this onto a real hiring site not a site with a bunch of kids on it. No person here is going to pay you for your work sorry. This is planetminecraft not fiverr.
Never once asked for money? also recently got commissioned by a guy 20 years of age through MCForums, so your point being?
My point being why put this on a forum site based on a game (mainly for kids)
because there are people with servers who would like their plugins developed, or mod developers that might like to have somebody work alongside them, personally i feel like you might be a kid yourself that hasnt been playing minecraft for very long it seems, id run a few games before commenting.
Yeah, I am a minor. So? There are tons of minors on here plus you never mentioned "minecraft modding" specifically or plugins /:
Minecraft modding deals with the coding languages that OP listed above, especially advanced mods/plugins (i.e., dimension mods or mods/plugins with a massive content library). OP is completely fine looking for work here.
