I see that this is your first post and you are trying to do something with Minecraft servers. I know plugins, not really good with building.
I do have strict guidelines on plugins and memory usage and I have a perfect track record as I do server hosting as well. I can be your mentor and give you advice, but I won't be running the server, that's your job as the owner and creator of this idea you have. I do want to help you learn how to properly maintain a server and keep you motivated while doing it.
