Server World Spawn [Builders Needed]

Hey PlanetMinecraft, I have decided recently to build another world on my server. I am in need of players that think they can build fairly decently. The spawn will not be a big project because I don't like big huge spawns. Probably just a small town with walls and one big building in the center.
