3D Texture Pack Creation

I'm trying to make a GTA server and want a 3D texture pack for about 40 items. These 40 items are guns, ammo, and other weapons like grenades. Can I get the contact information of someone willing to do this for me? I have no clue where to find someone for this. Thanks in advance! :D
