Why are there no 80s texturepacks. By 80s i mean movies and photos

What, would define "80s" though? Actual photographs, movies, an overall feel? It'd be fairly difficult to texture a decade.
Im thinking of building 80s styled towns but i aint got no server nor team

What do you mean by "80's"? If you mean white and black texture packs its because minecraft has a secret shader that is black and white
(Also because its easy as applying a filter/effect which could take you like 1-3 hours)
