I'm not going to go into detail because I've posted about my texture pack deletion before; the advice was to contact the admin; which I have. But now the problem is that the admin has not contacted me in almost a month, which makes me think that there was really no valid reason for them to delete my pack?

Which moderator did you contact? Depending on how respectful you are in your PM, you are more or less likely to get a response. Azie might help you, Zitzabis always helps me, Pikamoar is a good moderator, and I wouldn't suggest contacting someone one like Thezi or AnimeFanFTW. (Only because they don't really deal with submission posts, and are less likepy to respond if you PM them about that.)
Pikamoar has retired, and so has Thezi.
I'd suggest contacting a different moderator (there's a list at http://www.planetminecraft.com/team).
