Changing Villager Widgets

Hi!

So I'm working on a texture pack and I was wondering if there is a way around the standard widgets.
I want to keep the normal ones but only change it up for villagers.
Small chance that this is possible as far as I know but maybe someone else has an idea how this would be possible.
