And I would like to create a resource pack that is composed of individual's textures.
For example someone would create a texture for grass, and a whole other person would create the texture for sand.
Please create these textures your self and don't take them from other resource packs!
Also I would highly recommend that for textures like grass you do the dirt texture as well, except for the few blocks like dirt I would very much like that every one creates only one texture that way the pack is very creative and original. The textures you create do not have to be great or even good! they just have to be whatever you think is cool! I would like this pack to be in 32x32 format but it can be higher or lower depending on what you are creating. In a few days If this project catches on I will create a list that tells every one which blocks I do and don't have.

I believe the resource pack is still being green lighted. It is still happening and I am still happy to receive any textures!

Glad to see that this idea is well received, just let me know what you plan doing and then send me the texture and I will put it in
It is fairly easy to see if an image is copyrighted or not. Just drag the image into Google Images's "search by image" function and see if there are any matches. If there are, it's most likely copyrighted.
This pack seems like an amazing idea, and I definitely want to contribute to it. Idk what I'll do the texture for, but I'll get back to you on that.

I understand the possibility that some one might send me some copyrighted textures, but I also believe that the majority will not. But for the few that do I would be more than happy to remove that image (The copyrighted image) from the pack, unless the original creator told me that it was ok to keep in, then of course I would change the credits of the texture sent.

This is not really doable...
You can't check if the pictures users send you are from copyrighted texture packs.
Being small, nobody will bother you. UNTIL you get more popular than some of the original creators.... So keep that in mind

Thanks, There isn't really a theme to this pack it is mostly just a combination of peoples textures for the pack, that being said I don't plan on it being like a sci-fi pack or anything, but whatever you come up with would be awesome!
Sweet Idea But I Don't Know How Or What I Need To Make Textures So I Will Input My Idea. A Grass Block That Is When Turned From Dirt To Grass The Entire Block Will Have The Grass Texture And Not Just The Top.
Or just download Optifine.
