Custom Sounds help(solved, ignore)

Hi, I'm trying to add custom sounds to my server with a resource pack
I mostly know how to do this
I've converted the files to ogg, setup the .json etc
Now for some reason, the sound is distorted when played in game
But sounds fine when i play it back in my music players and audacity.
I don't know what's wrong with it
Can someone help me?
I assumed it might have something to do with the .json, but I don't know how the formatting works.
