Custom texture pack!

please help me by making me a texture pack for my new map i am making! it is a really simple texture pack that i need and it is for a golf adventure map i am making. i am pretty far into the map but i really need a texture pack to make it work!

what i need...
-grass blocks with grass texture on sides just like the top
-ice changed to look like grass
-water changed to a grass texture
-lava changed to look like water
- soul sand looks like normal sand
Please reply when u can do this and how long you think it may take if you can do it! i will subscribe to u if can do this for me! your name will also be in the description for the map when it is finished!
