Customized blur effect

When you wear a pumpkin you'll get a pumpkin blur effect, I was wondering if there could be more blur effects..

In my texturepack the pumpkin blur is customized as seen in the picture, but is it possible that there are more?
Like if I wore another specific pumpkin I will get a different blur than the one in the picture, is it possible?
It doesn't have to be a pumpkin it can be any block that you wear which gives you a blur effect.
