How do i get my glass to connect to each other?

Go to the optifine folder and find the (ctm) file. There you will find the texture of connected glass. If you are going to make your own texturepack
you can do the same with terrain.png in the minecraft.jar
since the terrain.png has the glass texture in it.

And turn on connected textures.
