JamieGreYou can either use WorldEdit or McEdit to do it... I'm not an McEdit expert, but with WorldEdit you select the area you want to save, and type //schem save <name>.
This ^ And I can help teach you how to use WorldEdit to make a schematic, if you're on a server that lets you do that, but if you're playing in SinglePlayer, you'll have to use McEdit. I have no idea how to use McEdit.
