How do I post a Texture Pack while im still level 1?
I'm in the process of making a 1.11 texture pack and I'm pretty sure it'll be done way before I reach level 2. What sorts of permissions will I need to do so? And from who?

Hm. But I read somewhere that you needed some sort of permission if you're level 1, i can't find it anywhere anymore though... So I guess I'll upload it in a few days and see what happens
Level is just something to show off with. You can post anything anytime.
Nah, you have to be certain levels to upload certain things.
Since when is that? I could've swore that I could upload anything when I started (which is 3 years ago, granted, but still).
Mods have always been locked behind a "level 2 or higher" wall. Texture packs started being treated the same way around Dec 2014 when we launched our Rules page.
You can still post either one before level 2, but you need to go through our Greenlight process first. You post it like normal, but your post won't go live on our site until a moderator reviews your submission and approves it. This process is automatic. Once you submit a mod or texture pack for Greenlight review, you don't need to do anything else.
