Is their a tex pack were when you die armour say green it makes you look like a creeper when worn? if not i challenge you to make one!

You could simply swap out the colored texture for an armor.
For example, you could change red to green. You would still have to dye the armor with red dye to get green armor though...

That is impossible, Minecraft uses the same source files for all leather armor.
