Making a new Texture pack!!!

Hey guys! Ninjacreeper here. I want to make a texture pack. It'll definitely be my first, so I don't know how good it will be. It's called Incognito. It's basically a Noir type texture pack based on all that jazz in the 1950s: gangsters, mafia, bowler hats, and even old school cars. I'd like to know if anyone has advice that I could use or anyone who could help me out. If you can, I'm interested!
