Minecraft OST

Is it possible to make a texture pack that has all of minecraft's current OST soundtracks from both Creative and Survival and have them mashed up into one file so that the creative songs also play in survival mode and vise versa? Figured this would be super cool since some soundtracks in creative sound so good but are only restricted for creative mode. I've tried looking in minecraft's default files for the songs but there isn't even a sounds file in it for me. Would anyone happen to know how I could possibly achieve this or find a pack that already does this?🥺
