Im no noobie at minecraft or making texture packs, but what should i base my new 1.4.6 one. Its gonna be a 16x16. Anyways i'd appreciate the help

Try making all the wool solid colors and make the redstone a solid square/line.
Maybe try something futuristic-y

do a normal kind of texture pack don't base it off of anything just make a few tweaks to the original stuff.

make evreything old, so you could build easyly some old buildings in minecraft and make a adventure map or smt
