is hollow, can someone pls tell me how to fix this or even edit the picture for me

Delete the transparent spaces: these pixels still having colors with transparency, thats why it looks like 3D.
Use Pain.Net
well maybe use nova skin resource pack maker, i used it and it works great, so if you want to recreate it just find the numbers of the col and make it in nova skin
