Need Help finding Texture Pack

I was looking around for a gun themed texture pack and found one I liked, I downloaded it but, one day I was trying to open my resource pack folder and somehow it deleted everything inside of it. I have been trying to find the texture pack for about 2 days now and still no luck of finding it. I'm trying to find it because for the police vest armor texture.
