Hello people of PMC. I've been making projects and skins lately and started to think to myself "Is this all i want to make for the minecraft community? Of course not!"So I've decided to make a texture pack and maybe later on make a mod. But heres what i need help with. Does anyone know of a website or program good for making texture packs? If so, could you please share it with me?
