I need some help

Hello I need someone who can help me with this. You need to know how to make 3D models as what I'm trying to do is make a 3D model for a block as I'm trying to make a map and want to have a thing called Loot crates around the map instated of chests just to make the map look nicer. I have made the model but I can't seem to make the textures go onto the block (The texture on this block is this missing texture)(Black and pink) and the floor is see throw so I would like to know if someone could make me a better version of this or tell me how to fix the problem. If your making a new version of this please note I'm trying to use a dispenser/dropper of the block as it has the amount of room I want in each loot crate.
