What about LikeBeaverWood's American Revolution texture pack (Based off of Assassins Creed 3)?
you should get the server up before asking for a texture pack.
I know but I would also like to use it for other servers, I've always wanted one made but I cannot find any good Assassins Creed 3 ones.
Texture packs are not something that is simply made. It can take up to months of work if you want a higher quality.
I do understand.
