Hey so i got my texture pack donw but i wanna make it 32 bit, does anyone know a good texture pack maker to make 32 bit texturepacks?

i use gimp, its free and all you have to do is edit>resize (or image>resize not sure which one)

Change the resize thing to Nearest Neighbor, then it won't be blurry.

Any image editor that can handle transparency will do. Paint.NET is a particularly good one to start out in.
