Hey guys I just recently made it to level 15, I see that has an accomplishment to me.(Yes I know its not that high up) So I want to make a resorcepack, I was wondering what is the best FREE program I could use to make thins. I already have paint.net which I like but could be easier to use. So if you want just put down what you use and a rate or something like that, or a suggestion would be cool too.

Well for starters, try Nova Skin if you already have your textures. It's online and free. To create new textures yourself, try MTE. It is a free program that allows you to create and edit textures, however, it is still in Beta. Hope that I help!
I do use NovaSkin to make my skins, I tried using the texture editor and didn't quite like it, but that was when it first was released so it may have changed. I'll try the MTE out. Thanks!
