Where's the top of the grass and chests? They aren't on my terrain image on my texture pack. D: I've looked at other people's terrain images and there is chests and the top of grass on there. Where's mine?

The top of grass, is the first thing on the terrain. (The grey one, It's grey so it can be tinted). The chests are in a different folder in the texturepack.
