Quick question
Ok so i searched have and found several websites that are hosting my texture pack without my permission. none of them are updated. none of them use my adfly. i dont know what to do. any ideas?

There are two things you can do, first search for 'DMCA takedown template', then:
1 File a DMCA notice against their server host (Use http://www.whois.net or similar to find the host)
2 File a DMCA notice to Google
Quote relevant information and links etc.

If they don't change it, you are able to call the police, as this is against your copyright notices.
ok so i i emailed them and told them to delete it or fix it and they emailed me back and said they fixed it, but when i went on there sites nothing had changed.... im just really sad. i worked hard on it.
ok i think i found them all and sent them all emails. i really just have no idea what im doing. what happens if they dont listen to me do i call the texture pack cops?

Ask them to delete the texture pack, or give credit and add your adfly to it.
