So I'm making a resource pack but have a problem. I making food textures but the 16x16 textures are to small. I know there is a way to increase it because I have seen resource packs with bigger textures. Any one know how you do this?

Well you can either copy a higher resolution texture from another resourcepack into your edit programm and let it overwrite the original texture, delete it and draw/insert your texture.. Or you just go to the picture/layer settings in whatever editor you are using and increase it to 32x32, 64x64,…
Note that the higher you put the resolution, the longer your RP will take to load
