Resourcepack Custom folder

SO I was messing around with a new Resource pack when I realized there were a lot of things not appearing and when I looked at the file there were folders titled customer so I looked at the properties file and I couldn't find out how to get the stuff in-game. The Resourcepackis also from a server called origin realms and I think it might have something to do with the customer role-play data pack but idk
